THE MISSION

While it’s more than 4,500 miles from the shore of the Dead Sea to the peak of Mount Everest, these iconic landmarks of the earth are separated by a mere 5.8 vertical miles. Every person on the planet lives within this tiny sliver of atmosphere. Our Athletes have been inspired to use their dream adventure to shed light on the dark issue that is Human Trafficking. Charlie will be supported by Aerial Recovery’s Humanitarian Special Operators while they explore these miles and take the audience along on an adventure of a lifetime.

In conjunction with the run, Charlie formed the nonprofit H2O Africa (now Water.org) which raised $6 million for clean water projects across Saharan Africa.
